Preschool, Pre-K, Kindergarten, First Grade and Second Grade
Holy Cross Child Development Center (CDC) provides both developmental learning
experiences and quality child care and
education in a Christian environment. We recognize the uniqueness of each
child and offer a wide variety of
opportunities for growth. We provide the children a positive, creative, stimulating,
orderly Christian environment to develop and learn.
Our program consists of play, hands-on experiences, and learning centers.
We believe young children learn more rapidly when given numerous opportunities
to experience first hand the wonders of God's world.
It is our hope to provide a
well-rounded program to develop the whole child, who is able to enjoy continued
success in school.
A Christian home gives a child his or her first Christian training and instruction.
We desire to share in this spiritual responsibility with you by providing a loving,
warm, secure environment where children receive Christian care, nurture,
and education. We will also assist and support parents as they nurture their
child's growth physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually through
the early school years.
The staff of the CDC will strive to:
- Have a relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Provide each child age-appropriate Christian training and instruction.
- Assist each child in the adjustment from home to school life.
- Help each child learn to cope with life's situations at his/her level
of maturity.
- Broaden each child's interests and open many doors of learning.
- Promote each child's learning through work and play.
- Develop each child's creative and academic abilities by preparing
age-appropriate developmental experiences and materials that give many
opportunities for creating, exploring, thinking, and reasoning.
- Prepare each child with skills for future school success.
Our Preschool, Pre-K, Kindergarten and After-School Care programs are
